You can go here anytime of the day and anytime of the night. I've been here at 6 in the morning and I've also been here at 11 at night. If it's a nice day, THIS is the place to be...even 21'ers hang out here. Come down here to stroll on your long board, bike, skateboard, or just walk around and enjoy the view of the river and the city skyline. Frequent events also take place here like concerts, festivals, and fairs. Check the website often and hopefully you'll be able to make it out to one!
